Returns Policy

An RMA number must be issued to return merchandise. Customer service can be contacted at info@finefragrances.site to obtain RMA number.

Within 30 days all items may be returned except Haircare and Skincare items . Items must be in original condition to include packaging and packing slip. A full refund minus shipping charges will be provided.

Shipping cost customer may pay to return merchandise will not be reimbursed or refunded.

Unless error was made on our part, shipping fees for unclaimed packages, returned packages, or undelivered packages is non-refundable.

Please carefully review your order before finalizing purchase. For health reasons we do not offer refunds on Haircare or Skincare items.
